Societe Generale - Senior Business Analyst

Overall 8-10 years of IT Industry Experience

- 3-4 years of Investment banking work experience as a Business analyst either in FO, MO or BO is a must.

- Exposure working in Commodity and Energy trading domain is a plus.

- Exposure in handling business needs end to end starting from requirement gathering, prioritization, liaising with development team, conducting UATs and supporting Go-Live

- Basic work experience in Agile methodology & CD is expected

- Proven Ability to learn quickly and should have good analytical and data analysis skills

- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attitude and be a team player

- Rapid learner with qualities to understand the application with minimal help

- Converting business requirements into effective functional documentation required for business and IT teams.

- Building test strategies and performing efficient tests to have top notch quality production delivery.

- Ability to work in fast paced environment and with cross-functional teams

- Building processes / improving processes to bring in real business value
