Discipline Indicators:
The Discipline Indicators are a key tool for MARK Management to ensure that Rules and Procedures are followed and breaches are correctly dealt with.
Being part of the SAFE MAR team, responsible to produce various KPI and dashboard that will show manager key indicators on their activity perimeters on a monthly basis.
Prepare the quantitative parts and/ or prepare the overarching dashboards.
Identify Key anomalies and collect or summarize justifications.
Create a good stakeholder relationship ensuring smooth running of the process.
Be proactive and ask questions while training ensuring that we are fully aware of the risk pertaining to each KPI being reported.
Constant communication with the Paris and raising issues, proposing new ideas.
Ensure compliance with deadline and guidelines (especially regarding sources to be used). Accuracy of data reported plays important role.
Proper back-ups in place while on leave.
Ensure quality and timely deliveries to clients. Ensure 100% creation & updates of governance and internal reports
Ensure all process related documents reviewed, updated and versioned (change management)
Study the process and implement new steps to improve the process efficiency.
Qualification - Knowledge and analytical skills in areas of :
- Experience with Capital market operations
- Experience with Information security
- Experience with Risk management concepts
Education level - Master's Degree
Work experience - 4-5 years
Contract type- Permanent
