Program Manager - Digital Initiatives

Job Description - Digital Office :

- Collect and generate new ideas and digital solutions relevant for DFIN

- Collect external input for technology watch from Fintechs, consulting firms, peers, other industries,. Etc.

- Interact closely with the Digital Ecosystem within SG .

- Coordinate and centrally manage efforts to promote new ideas and innovation within DFIN/MACC

Accompany pragmatically business digital initiatives

- Promote to DFIN/MACC Businesses new technologies and/or solutions potentially relevant for their needs

- Act as central point of contact for launching Proof Of Concepts on new digital initiatives

- Act on case by case basis as Sponsor and/or Product Owner of core digital capabilities transverse to DFIN/MACC

- Follow the DFIN/MACC Digital initiatives portfolio and provide visibility to management

Raise knowledge & change mindset on digital and innovation

- Promote the digital culture among DFIN/MACC staff and managers, by

- Communicating on new technologies and digital news

- Sharing DFIN/MACC digital initiatives portfolio and its key milestones / achievements

- Experiment with the appropriate internal teams new ways of working together: UX, Design Thinking

- Manage and animate a DFIN/ MACC digital community on JIVE (

- Develop trainings and events around digital capabilities

Qualification :

- Expertise in MS excels/ Word & PowerPoint presentation is a must. Knowledge on Access database is a plus

- Role requires routine interaction with Regional counterparts, so strong hold on oral & written communication is must

Education level : Master's Degree

Work experience : 7-10 years
