Job Description :

Qualification :

- Evaluate impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations on the organizations current and proposed operations and highlight the same.

- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies

- Evaluate the efficiency of the controls and improve them continuously

- Interface with external customers and business partners on Compliance related issues

- Establish a culture of compliance throughout the Business Unit through all forms of advice, communication and training.

- Overseeing corporate governance compliance with law and policy, policy interpretation, development and training, implementation effective compliance training programs.

- Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations as per Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) and Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review and advise management accordingly.

- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures and draft, modify and implement company policies as and when required

- Assess the organizations future ventures to identify possible compliance risks

Education level : Bachelor's Degree

Work experience : 7-10 years
