JD :

- The IT Risk & Permanent Control team is responsible of an end to end process for risk mitigation of IT processes.

You will be part of this dedicated team and your missions will be the following :

Permanent controls :

- Driving IT risks assessments and analyzing impacts

- Defining and reviewing quality of permanent controls for IT and non-IT processes

- Monitoring the execution of permanent controls using the dedicated tool

- Optimizing of both IT Risk & Permanent control processes

- Consolidation and reviewing the quality of the reported risks

- Consolidating business needs for the tool, definition of the functional design and monitoring of the implementation.

Communication

- Actively communicating with different counterparts such as: process owners, head of departments, controllers, operational teams and internal risk functions.

- Audit

- Responding to internal and external audit information requests.

Qualification/Profile :

Minimal education level : Postgraduate degree - MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification : Business School, University, Engineering School

Specialty : Project management, Audit.

Level of minimal experience : 0 - 2 ans

Required skills - Hard skills :

- Understanding of basic ITIL Processes (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) such as incident, problem, change, request management).

Required skills - Soft skills :

- Takes ownership and pro-activeness

- Solutions oriented

- Good verbal and written communication skills, Open minded and open to learn.

Technical skills required - good Microsoft Office skills !Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
