Role: Head - Cash Change & Projects

Domain - Must have : Delivery Management, Program Management; Nice to have: Cash Management, Payments

Care Level: VP-4

Reports to: Head - ITIM (Sr. V.P)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of changes and projects in Payments and Cash Management

- Manage all the disciplines of delivery management - planning, tracking, monitoring, stakeholder management, communication, budgeting and cost management and closure

- Drive continuous improvement and a transformation agenda

- Deliver in a Data driven and KPI driven culture

- Manage Agile delivery

- Manage a team of around 30 business analysts, technical analysts and testers

- Stakeholder management

- Communication with stakeholders, both internal and external

- Build strong relationship with the global team

- Manage contracts and vendor relationships

- Expand the network for identifying synergies and effective staffing and solutioning

- Manage multiple stream leads and their delivery

- Define and implement a governance model

- Manage conflicting priorities, present options, get buy-in and agreement from stakeholders

- Manage across multiple layers in the organization

- Prepare steering committee material and other management material as needed

Desired Experience:

- 16-19 years overall IT experience

- 8-10 years delivery and project management experience

- Experience of managing mid-sized teams

- Ability to see the big picture as well as dive in to the details

- Experienced people manager

- Experience of managing projects across geographies

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Management of projects in a matrix organization
