Job Description - The Program Manager will interface internally with multiple team leaders to understand the requirements, as is processes and provide relevant services through the program. One of the key roles would be to implement projects firmwide from Bangalore by liaising with various stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have superior communication, coordination across various stakeholders, strong understanding on firmwide accounting, negotiation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate

In future, this role will require the candidate to take on a variety of project delivery roles which involves delivery of improvements to the systems & processes from initial concept; requirements analysis; verification & validation; through to transition to the business. This individual will work with stakeholders across Operations, Projects, and IT teams to clearly understand the business issues behind each program of work in the Investment banking space and beyond; to analyze requirements for change; to deliver these changes through their lifecycle (including testing and managing change as they are rolled out); to provide reporting and analysis of delivery during the life cycle; to support users of the service; and to provide analysis of service success by managing key service performance indicators

Qualification - Understanding of accounting principles and its usage would be key

- Expertise in MS excel/ Word & PowerPoint presentation is a must. Knowledge on Access database is a plus

- Role requires routine interaction with Regional counterparts, so strong hold on oral & written communication is must

Experience required - 10-12 years

Education level - Master's Degree

Work experience - 10-15 years
