Key Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search and display campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting; analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Partner with design, content, and product teams to develop creatives, messaging, and user journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
- Budget Optimization: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and campaign insights.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Microsoft Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs for user behavior insights, CRO, and keyword optimization.
- Continuous Learning & Training: Participate in ongoing training and skill development across platforms, tools, and marketing trends.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
