Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management:

- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid search and display campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Set up and monitor tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to measure user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

A/B Testing & Experimentation:

- Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience segments; analyze test outcomes and iterate strategies based on data insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with design, content, and product teams to align ad creatives and messaging with user journey and conversion goals.

Budget Management:

- Allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost-per-Lead (CPL) while maximizing overall ROI.

Performance Reporting:

- Develop and maintain detailed performance reports and dashboards; communicate key insights, trends, and optimization recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Tool Utilization:

- Use advanced tools like Microsoft Clarity, VWO, Ahrefs, and similar platforms to gain insights on user behavior, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and keyword strategy.

Continuous Learning & Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices; participate in training and certifications as part of ongoing skill development.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display networks.

- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and campaign performance tracking methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO tools like VWO.

- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools such as Ahrefs is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to convert data into actionable insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

- Google Ads and/or Analytics certification preferred.
