Growth Product Manager
SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for the flagship product. You'll be working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and UX teams to drive the success of the business through crafting growth, acquisition, and monetization strategies, optimizing user journeys, performing A/B testing, and launching optimized product features.
This role is full-time, completely remote in India, and might require occasional travel to the US once the situation improves.
What will you do :
- Own activation, engagement, and retention initiatives for customers across the product lifecycle
- Develop a data-informed product strategy and growth targets based on your deep understanding of customers, growth funnels, viral loops, flywheels, and your product intuition. Lead the product strategy to achieve those targets.
- Optimize user journeys to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Drive cross-functional execution and teamwork between the engineering, design, marketing, commercialization, content teams, and conversion rate optimization vendor to launch growth projects
- Perform investigative analysis into user behavior and our funnels to identify growth opportunities, set up and monitor metrics
- Prepare product specifications and strategy briefs, prioritize optimized product feature releases according to the business and product priorities
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in product growth, product management, and experimentation
First-class communication skills. Because this is a remote role, excellent written and verbal communication is of critical importance.
Experience working with design and engineering teams, driving the development of high-quality digital experiences that effectively accomplish business goals while maintaining brand standards
