Social Media Specialist - Media (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities::
- Can create high-quality content
- Work with category managers and incorporate end-customer feedback to drive our content strategy
- Communicate with influencers and drive our influencer strategy
- Drive social media strategy and calendaring liaising with the category teams
- Define the most important social media KPIs and oversee social media content
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Hire and train others in the team
What we need ::
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Great interpersonal skills and high empathy
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
