Position : Social Media Specialist

CTC : 7-10 LPA

About The Role :

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

- Collaborate with internal departments (customer relations, sales etc) and leadership to present thought leadership views on our Digital/social platforms.

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Conduct/ Manage LIVE sessions and industry interactions on Social Channels to drive engagement

- Answer related Qs on social channels, Quora, Reddit etc.

- Create manage or participate in communities/ discussion forums / Groups on Linkedin

Who should apply :

- If you have working experience in social media marketing

- Demonstrable social networking experience and have been building your own social presence.

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

- Experience : 1-3 years
