Responsibilities:

- Note new trends, and plan brand communication and reach which is ahead of the consumer and industry.

- Translate social media strategy into platform level plan to ensure audience connect.

- Plan content requirement in advance and work with content team for new content delivery and content repurposing.

- Develop community and influencers outreach efforts projections as per overall marketing campaign plans.

- Maintain weekly schedules, goals, and business projections as per overall marketing campaign plans.

- Advises leadership on social media trends and makes recommendations for social media engagement.

- Guide agencies to develop themes, storylines and write responses in various social media channels. Interact with social media users to foster a positive community experience.

- Keep a track of social listening to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis studies including digital footprint analysis.

- Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with brand's keyword and SEO plan.

- Review all communications/media for quality, accuracy and tone before distribution.

- Analyze key social metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

Skills Required :

- Passion for everything social

- Hands on experience in managing social media accounts for leading brands.

- Exceptional planning, creative and writing skills

- Min 7 years of experience managing social for mainstream Indian brands
