Social Media Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators :

- Should support the brand building of business in line with sports business intent and monetizing of digital resources

- Brand Visibility

- Revenue Earned

Channel Management :

- Responsible for setting up social media accounts and maintaining daily activity.

- Developing content for posting on all designated social media outlets, monitoring online competitor presences/perceptions, researching new blogs and channels for relevance/trend identification, reporting "chatter" and other relevant online data, and maintaining posting schedules.

- Responsible for daily posts/tweets to all applicable social media platforms / outlets.

- Daily Posts

- Content quality evaluation

Social Media Coordination :

- Coordinating with media agencies / vendors.

- Coordinating the marketing calendar with online activity, tracking social media influence measurements, partnering with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple networks, preparing reports to update internal staff on usage statistics, and continuous monitoring and coverage of all sites.

- Coordination Skills with timelines

Social Media Planner & Cross Promotions :

- Responsible for developing strategic proposals for digital advertisers, coordinating with media team on inventory availability, allocating the budget according to client objectives, using market intelligence to build plans and translating/evaluating social media activity into performance metrics.

- Developing innovative media content across web, mobile and email platforms. Also ensuring cross promotions with other group companies wherever applicable

- Brand Visibility Index across platforms

Media & Brand Management / Branding :

- Coordinating with media houses during sporting league seasons and off-seasons

- Making press releases and newsletters and forwarding to select media houses

- Coordinating with media personnel's for player media requirement during IPL seasons.

- Ensure and confirm all the necessary branding at physical locations of presence identified for team and catchment areas

- Monitor Plan Vs. Actual Activities

- Brand Monetization & Revenue/ revenue stream measurements through social media branding including instadia branding during home matches.

- Prepare MIS , reporting, social media tracking & brand visibility indices for top management reviews

- Adherence to the timelines and accuracy and managing the frequency of event (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Need basis)
