Social Media Manager (5-12 yrs)
- Partner businesses to design the social strategy, assess the content strategy, and the channels to be used
- Set up a Governance mechanism along with a review mechanism to be set to understand whether businesses are on track to meet their business goals
- Set up Social listening tools to assess the health of each business
- Actionable insights from social media listening reports that impact communications, product roadmap, promotion, etc.
- Identify and create partnership with vendors to execute the Comms plans (agencies /channels incl getting direct relationships going with fB and Google, media houses, digital publishers, etc)
- Manage relationships with agencies / partners / vendors to co-create the best content for the business
- Create the right partnership with ecosystem vendors (agencies, media houses, digital publishers, etc)
- Identify vendors & set up criteria to the right partnership for different work for each of the businesses
- Liaise with businesses' Digital / marketing teams to understand what execution plans are in place to deliver to the Business long-term Growth plans, and to help businesses plan syncing of their social strategy with their Bus. growth plans
- Help businesses create Best-In-Class social interventions
- Develop bimonthly reports on emerging social media trends for specific industries to show case the rising SM impact on brand building and its impact on the business
- Work with Performance Manager to define, track and measure performance metrices so that the value of investing in Social Channels can be assessed
