The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- To drive user engagement across all social media channels for the brand.
- Run various engagement programs on social media platforms, including contests and polls, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Identify, Strategize and curate content for social media channels including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to ensure market leadership
- Oversee all Social Media campaigns and analyse their performance.
- Work with clients / internal team to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns
- Continuously monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape.
- Monitor performance, results and make ROI reports on all social media channels and strategic initiatives
- Continue to refine the social media marketing process.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must be excellent with social media and content marketing, social media engagement, Content Marketing, Email Newsletters, social media channels.
- Must be well-organized, a strong communicator and completely at bleeds social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software.
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Exceptional time management skills
