Responsibilities
- End to End ownership of the various Social Offerings and solutions.
- Work to create business solution offerings from the various social solutions available in the practice --- as an integrated offering.
- Market the service offerings to clients, internal partners, Pre-sales personnel
- Communicate and publicize the social solution brand within the organization.
- Estimation, Cost Benefit Analysis and Business case creation for Social media projects.
- Assist in proposal creation, estimations etc
Skills Technology Skills:
- Strong Working knowledge of the various social media channels, the business model of social networks and their application to multiple domains
- Well versed with different social concepts and domains such as Social CRM, Social Collaboration, Social Analytics. etc
- Experience with any Social solutions will be a plus, for eg: Jive, Radian6, Lithium, Facebook App development, Open Social solutions
- Should have an eye on how to integrate/introduce social solutions for an enterprise.
Consulting Skills (Desirable):
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills required.
- Significant experience in social media, personally and professionally.
- Degree in marketing or communications is ideal.
