Social Media & Community Manager Responsibilities- 1. Develop, test and measure effectiveness of different social media strategies across channels to align with business goals 2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Quora Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels 3. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such Hootsuite. 4. Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms 5. Closely monitor competitors & their social media content to improve company's social media strategies. 6. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights 7. Develop response templates for different social media queries across channels. 8. Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness, including promotions and giveaways 7. Be cognizant of developments in the U.S market and use trending news & other events to ride social waves. Social Media Manager Requirements: 1. 3+ Years of social media marketing experience developing social media strategies for different channels, especially LinkedIn & Quora 2. Experience handling social media monitoring tools such as BrandMention 3. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform. 4. Proven ability to build social media communities. 5. Ability to derive insights and measure the success of social media campaigns. 6. Experience working with U.S Brands and proven record of generating leads/sales through social media channels (organically) is a plus. 7.
