We're hiring for the role of Social Media & Campaign Manager for a leading startup backed by LightSpeed Ventures and based out in Gurgaon. This role is an Individual Contributor role and would be directly reporting to Marketing Head. 5 days work week! Very strong value creation opportunity in future. RESPONSIBILITIES - - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Web, Digital, Social media and display advertising campaigns. - Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business. - Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success. - Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results. - Design, build and maintain our Social Media presence. - Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Requirements and skills - Proven working experience in digital campaign marketing. - Demonstrable experience leading and managing Web, Digital, Social media and display advertising campaigns. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools. - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
