Job Title: Digital Media Manager.

Reports to: Senior Manager Digital Media or EVP or AVP.
About the Role.
- We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Digital Media Manager who can lead performance marketing campaigns with precision, ownership, and innovation.
- This is not a coordination role - we are seeking someone who's hands-on with platforms, driven to deliver business results, and motivated to grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance & Execution.
- Ensure 100% error-free campaign setup across Google Ads, Meta and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and proactively resolve issues to optimize results.
- Own end-to-end campaign operations from brief to reporting with accountability.
- Collaborate with specialists to review accounts weekly, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain deep knowledge and certification in Google Ads, GA4, Meta, Reach Planner, Keyword Planner, Insight finder and other media tools.
- Innovation & Efficiency.
- Actively leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Constantly explore new formats, features, and strategies across platforms to keep the team and clients ahead of the curve.
- Client Representation.
- Act as the go-to person for clients, owning conversations around performance, innovation, and issue resolution.
- Represent the company with responsibility and integrity in all communications.
- Team & Process Management.
- Mentor and coach specialists and junior team members through hands-on training and regular skill-building sessions.
- Lead initiatives to improve campaign QA, team workflows, internal documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Help shape a positive and high-performance team culture through structured feedback, team-building activities, and growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
- Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads or DV360 or other programmatic platforms.
- Deep understanding of Reach Planner, Keyword Planner, Audience Personas, GA4, Google Tag Manager, campaign attribution, bidding strategies, targeting frameworks, and creative performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Curiosity, innovation mindset, and willingness to experiment and learn.
- Strong ownership mindset: You don't wait for problems to be solved - you lead the solution.
