- Candidate must understand Indian landscape with reference to digital, E-commerce and category management.

- Must actively leverage data to create customer personas, streamline processes, improve revenues and minimize costs and expenditures where possible. Finding these actionable gold nuggets is, by itself, a full-time job.

- At least 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience with the likes of online stores, E-commerce, Google, & Google Analytics / Google Tag Management (GTM) and Google Webmaster Tools (GWT).

- Experience of Automated marketing tools like COD verification, Chatbot and email marketing tools Social Media Organic and Paid Promotions - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Marketplaces - Must be a topper with AMAZON FBA processes across multiple warehouses.

- Experience of new product listing/modifications, product featuring, ads/banners, Brand Store, A+ pages, AMS operations, ad campaigns, Knowledge of Amazon's A9 Algorithm, stock and operationally savvy with the cross-border FBA listing, related Amazon dashboards and compliances.

- Must have knowledge and experience of Flipkart and other marketplaces also beyond Amazon. Ideally must be exposed to F&B, Beauty, FASHION brands and performance marketing activities associated with them; from influencers to increasing watch time amongst audiences.

- Experience in consumer internet orgs with fast-paced and accelerated growth trajectories is a plus.

- Must be able to deliver data-driven sales growth and not just brand awareness.

- You must enable deeper renewal affinity and engagement. Ideally strategically and operationally involved with Acquisition, Behaviour, and Outcome metrics which constitute Marketplaces and Owned and operated website.

- Knowledge of Shopify functional nuts and bolts would be the added advantage.

- Develop strategic monthly plans with consumer insights, PR, creative supports, and present monthly e-commerce results and projections to management in terms of income and expense statements
