The key accountability of this role would be to deliver results to the client by designing and delivering results in their strategic and operational aspects of business, on daily basis.

What kind of projects do we deliver?

We deliver long-term growth projects to SMEs and MSMEs, which involves working at strategic aspects of the business such as business strategy, enabling the new product line for clients, entering newer markets through new channels, and such others. These projects also involve operational aspects such as stakeholder policy design, enabling structural changes to improve workflows, improving the efficiency of support functions such as HR, Finance and such others

- Relevant experience in delivering non-technical (business) growth projects

- An MBA with skills as listed in the description later

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

1. Enabling growth of the client's business by working (ideating, context-setting, presenting, problem-solving, solutions, documenting, sign-offs and so forth) with the client on a daily basis; like a partnership model

2. Designing and implementing deliverables for the client based on the client project plan - continuously keeping absolute vigilance and awareness that plans always get consciously reviewed for their fit in ever-changing reality

3. Ability to drive a project on business change/re-design to contribute towards the core objective of the client

4. Ability to work closely with stakeholders both internal and external to develop and implement recommendations for change execution

5. Willingness to actively engage in sales meetings to understand customer needs with clarity, co-creating customized services for value delivery and suggesting probable engagement approaches with the prospect

6. Collaborative approach of working in a team and consistently contributing to other support functions of the organization

KEY TECHNICAL COMPETENCE:

1. Proficient level 4 out of 5 in using PowerPoint-based client presentations - Mindful and skillful representations of consulting ideas, power ideas and SIMPLE depictions

2. 4.5 out of 5 in creating excel spreadsheet with visually appealing and smart worksheets

3. 3.5 to 4.5/5 in making project management plans using MPP with resource allocation and dependencies resolution plan with the clear depiction in Microsoft project plan (MPP)

4. Proficiency in business writing skills... should be able to create client facing written communication skills... Microsoft Word for deliverables-led communication such as regular moms and emails for all kind of communications.

KEY INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

1. Ability to nurture, handle and grow the strength of all levels of professional relationships mainly healthy colleague level, client and client's team level

2. Ability to listen to others- point-of-views and try developing further clarity of the problems before addressing solutions...

3. Ability to be HAPPY for others and genuinely believe in supporting people (colleagues, clients and so forth)

5.Able to maintain and manage healthy levels of self-esteem and support others to restore theirs while delivering under pressure

KEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

1. First and foremost - Understands the importance of managing his own tasks without micro-management required by line managers

2. Be responsible enough to always attempt to complete tasks on time and expected quality

3. Manage time by respecting company commitments to clients and in general show prudence and care company resources

4. Helps himself to not become a liability but an asset by continuously helping himself to contribute to resolving the company's operational and strategic challenges

KEY BUSINESS CONSULTING SKILLS:

1. Understanding business problems well before suggesting solutions or designing the same

2. Makes sure that formal, clear, quality and TIMELY communication is never taken lightly when even client relationship is enjoying a fruitful relationship

3. Makes sure that clients receive not ideas alone but right levels of questions to help them think on their own and help them further to build their own solutions

4. Stays abreast with business ideas to support nastiest issues for customer in realistic and simplistic ways easy enough to understand by them and more importantly easy enough for them to communicate to their peers (business partners and brothers in business), upper stakeholders (such as father in the family business case) and employee they have to get your ideas to execute - This is critical To deliver results to the client by designing and delivering results in their strategic and operational aspects of business, on a daily basis.
