About the role:
- In this role, you will architect and drive the human capital strategy for a dynamic, growth-oriented company at the intersection of technology and financial services
- You will address both short- and long-term people challenges while enabling integrated collaboration across functions, mindful of the regulatory environment that shapes the industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a data-driven approach to employee experience by embedding eSAT and eNPS as core elements of the people strategy
- Ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations and stay updated on new developments
- Provide strategic oversight of performance management systems, driving continuous improvement to align with organizational goals and employee development
- Actively work on improving overall productivitiy.
- Mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency and excellence in operations
- Serve as an influential member of the leadership team, facilitating development of Snapmint's culture and an engaged workforce
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management with 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500-1000+)
- Must have a strong analytical and data driven mindset
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
