Designation: Manager Strategy (CEO's Office) Key Responsibilities- - Annual/quarterly strategy and planning process for the company by ensuring alignment on central strategy with the CEO and leadership team - Drive key strategic cross-functional projects - Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up - Market / Competitive Intelligence - Business planning and fund-raising activities Academic and Technology Qualification - Work experience: 3-5 years of work experience at top tier consulting/investment banking firms or a high growth start-up. MBA preferred. - Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem statements - Exceptional problem solving and program management skills - Strategic thinking and Ownership - Stakeholder Management skills - A strong collaborative mindset to solve problems efficiently
