Snapmint - Manager - Risk/Fraud Control Unit (5-12 yrs)

- Set up an analytics-based system of triggers to identify suspicious transactions, breach of limits, regulatory violations, etc. and ensure these triggers are thoroughly investigated

- Control loan application fraud by using sampling techniques and other relevant tools

- Investigation and taking action on identified fraud cases, doing root cause analysis and recommending system-level improvements to control future occurrences

- Monitor collection agencies, Legal Technical vendors, sample settlement cases, collection receipts, etc.

- Set up regular MIS and reporting to senior management and heads of department

- Monitoring competition and identifying threats to the client

- Check the market for any negative feedback in terms of malpractices, systemic frauds etc being operational in the organization.

- Responsibilities include liaison with the other risk teams to provide adequate understanding and support to operations in managing their entity level risks including BCP, Ethics, Compliance etc.

- Portraying a strong surveillance team to keep updated on business and external fraud trends and matters of business implication.

- Ability to prioritize goals to meet business objectives and work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Management and Regulatory reporting of fraud trends.

- Conduct Fraud Training and Providing Process control suggestions and fraud risk advisory.

- Preparing Investigations dashboard information updation to senior management through various MIS.

Expertise :

- Minimum 8+ yrs of experiences in Fraud and Risk profile in banking/NBFC

- Knowledge of fraud trends, tools and techniques to combat document/technical frauds,

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Require excellent computer skills.

- Project experience of handling high risk framework and effective execution of Risk Control Framework which is based on smart logic and technology driven.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial services
