Snapmint - Associate Director - Customer Success (7-12 yrs)
Snapmint is on a mission of democratizing installment purchases for next 350 Mn Indians. Of the 550 Mn PAN card holders in India, less than 30 Million actively use credit cards. Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 350Mn consumers by providing them freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in installments without a credit card. In a short period of time Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.
Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strategic relationship with our partners
- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts and aid partners right from on-boarding to making them a success
- Manage a team of client success managers
- Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams to assist the partners
- Understand and improve the product based on feedback, issues, and user experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Graduate with 7+ years of experience/ postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Account Management
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies is a must.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks - Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
