Function: Supply Chain Unit: Control Tower & Planning (Central Operations) Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Designation: Director/Senior Director/Head - Exhibit deep domain knowledge of Control Tower in order to set-up a planning and control tower function - Define parameters which will be considered for planning; define critical control points, metrics and the action plan, given it's a partner based network - Lead Control Tower Operations and monitor fleet operations (in-house, outsourced/vendors) - Monitor & develop dashboards and progress on the metrics - Drive efficiency + cost improvement projects - Stay ahead of current industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes. - Maintain close cross functional stakeholder management. - Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company
