Responsibilities: - Category planning and implementation in line with BU strategy through medium &amp; short term objectives - Drive top line &amp; bottom line by means of product expansion, brand partnerships &amp; new initiatives - Drive search conversion by ensuring relevant assortment, pricing &amp; content - Ensure instock, assortment &amp; pricing through seller negotiations - Discover monetisation channels from existing &amp; new brand partnerships - Drive Ads Sales through various campaigns &amp; schemes - Analyse &amp; monitor key KPIs like search, visits, conversion, product rating, SLAs etc - Ensuring minimum SLA breach by sellers by enabling them to adhere to processes &amp; policies Key Skill Set: - Analytically strong &amp; sharp business acumen - Ability to drive range based categories - Great sense of ownership to drive the business &amp; bring growth - Ability to work &amp; influence stakeholders - Prior experience in category or account management - Need to be a go getter who is willing to hustle
