Head of International Expansion About the job : Head of International Expansion We are looking to hire a Head of International Expansion to lead MENA region and other upcoming geographies. What you'll do : - Prioritize key new geographies for launch basis market potential, ease of launch, competitive scenario etc. - Liaise with local authorities and vendors and build a thorough understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape to enable quick navigation through regulatory hurdles along with enabling the lowest cost to deliver with superior customer experience. - Drive and lead the overall business revenue. Your mission will be to make the brand one of the top players in newly launched geographies - Build and run the business as an entrepreneur by owning the zero-to-one (and beyond) journey - Own end-to-end P&L along with building a strong team for BD and Ops from scratch - Work very closely with the Indian leadership team to design the business strategy, development direction and revenue management for the region. - Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs. The Ideal fit : - 7- 10 years of core P&L and Operations management - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven, and P&L focused decision making - MBA degree from a leading business school in India/ Abroad would be preferred - Prior work experience in GCC region or experience in setting up new functions at early stage startups would be preferred For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
