We are looking for Technical & Non technical co-founders for the year old fintech startup based in Pune & dedicated in the field of corporate borrowing. In the last one year, the idea has been materialised to a working product with almost 3000+ applications from business borrowers, 15+ tie ups with lenders and some good conversions. To make it large, I am looking for like minded people to join as co-founders to form a core team to spearhead the various aspects of business. Technocrats, Bankers, somebody having proven experience in startup etc are welcome. I am an ex-banker with 12+ year of experience in commercial lending. Role and Responsibility (Technical co-founder) : - Recruitment of team for various roles - Website development (front end and back end) - Team management - Strategic planning - Online marketing Role and Responsibility (Non Technical co-founder) : - Recruitment of team for various roles - Lead management - Operations management - Business development - Team management - Strategic planning Since we are in early stage, very limited compensation can be paid with equity options.
