We have Job opportunity for Retail Enterprise -SME position

Job Description:

1. To source loan proposal for SME department, specifically for WC and Term Loans in assigned geography.

2. Guide team to drive business growth in a State

3. Responsible for state targets and portfolio.

4. Understand the Customer profile and suggest product development accordingly

5. Perform marketing activities in their respective areas.

6. Ensure smooth service to customer and complaint handling.

7. Monitor the client relations and payment schedule.

8. Develop and Maintain relationship with Manufacturers

9. Continuously upgrade oneself with market and competitor information.

10. Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.

11. Monitor portfolio performance for their regions

12. Cross - Sell other products
