SME HRO Consultant - BPO (10-17 yrs)
Looking for Strong HR operations specialist with hands on experience in handling global HR Operations for multiple geography.
Should have handled P&L and should possess a flavor of Transformation + consulting + solutioning expertise in the HRO Space.
He / She will be an Individual contributor playing a role of an HRO SME front ending the client management, recommending high end cost effective solutions in a complex environment, recommending process improvement strategies and consulting projects.
Only Senior Profiles from BPO or KPO or Consulting firms with HRO Domain expertise preferred.
Minimum 10 yrs exp with a complete exposure towards handling HRO - hire to retire,
P&L experience is mandatory.
