SMC - Manager - Institutional Sales (8-15 yrs)
- Developing new & existing institutional client relationships and procuring business from them.
- Responsible for generating revenues through new & existing clients.
- Developing close relationships with CIO/Fund Managers across Mutual Funds, GM- Treasury across Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies and Bank Treasuries.
- Identifying and generating revenues across spectrum of financial space and setting up new team/desk, for e.g. Debt, NRI, etc.
- Generating investment ideas and working closely with Research Desk to improve product offerings.
- Setting & Reviewing of targets for Research Team for the Investment Ideas, IC's, Management contacts and meetings with clients.
- Setting & Reviewing targets for Sales Team which includes one on one client meetings, arranging presentation on reports with FM's for research desk.
- Delivering sales through organizing conferences and discussing the investment ideas with clients and market our research for increasing client base.
- Monitoring & reviewing, administration related issues, Dealing and Back office activities
- Assist the Investment banking team in pitching for deal mandates and succesful execution of the same.
- Appointing Senior Managerial positions under him.
