Job Description:
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective:
- Identification of opportunities, leading the sales pitch and securing the mandate ESOP advisory / implementation, Valuation- Business, FIPB, FBT, Perquisites, M&A, etc
- Identify & acquire clients and continuously manage business with prospective and existing clients.
- Leading the entire transaction covering preliminary evaluation, identification of value drivers, preparation of sale document, negotiations, managing client expectation and deal closure
- Involved in Valuation advisory services - ESOP - FBT & Perquisite Valuation, ESOP Grant valuation, Business & Segment Valuation, Relisting Valuation fairness opinion, M&A Valuation Deal Sourcing
- Evaluation of opportunities and development of Company’s marketing strategy for its investment banking product offering.
- Overseeing Fundraising - Private Equity, Venture Capital, Preferential Allotment, QIP, Debt syndication,
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensure implementation of Organization’s philosophy, procedures and reporting.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Innovation & Learning Perspective:
- Updated Knowledge of latest market Trends/Policies of BSE/NSE etc.
- New initiatives/ Processes/ Ensure training (self) as organized by Organization's L&D division/ Participation in Emp. Centric Org. Activities/ Surveys/ Seminars.
