1. CA/MBA from premier management institute

2. Work experience of 2-5 years in M&A and/or PE fund raising, across financial modeling, preparation of transaction documents, interfacing with clients on transactions. Additionally, some experience in debt syndication would be preferred.

3. Experience in business development for transactions preferred

4. Skill sets: strong verbal and written communication skills, quantitative orientation, self motivated.
