Summary: The profile is that of a HR Generalist wherein the incumbent will primarily be responsible for managing the whole gamut of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Other functions would include managing compliances, salary processing, employee benefits, managing leave &amp; attendance, employee relations, talent management, learning and development etc. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and executing recruiting strategies for attracting, evaluating and hiring qualified candidates - Identifying the organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance and building talent pipelines for current and future job openings - Evaluating and refining procedures for sourcing, interviewing and selection. - Managing and monitoring the team of Recruiters and also providing assistance to them - Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) - Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates). - Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire . - Developing and implementing employee retention programs or strategies - Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce - Managing and delivering reports and data when required - Researching and recommending latest sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS) - Overseeing and improving the overall candidate experience . - Conducts research and prepare a variety of reports and statistics with respect in terms of market level salary, job descriptions etc - Assist in the designing of an elaborate compensation plan across levels. - Managing the compliances of the organization from HRD point of view filing registrations &amp; returns etc. - Also responsible for statutory compliance in terms of PF. Handling all the cases related to PF, completion of the required documentation, managing the withdrawal/transfer cases, replying to notifications if any. - Involved in managing the employee lifecycle, onboarding, new hire induction, HR sessions, employee engagement, exit interviews, policy refreshers - Will be responsible for managing the FRRO related work for expats - Will also be involved in managing the leave and attendance system for the branch and introduce system related interventions wherever possible. - The role will also be involved in managing the Internal Audit which takes place for the branch. - Managing the Rewards &amp; Recognition program (bi-monthly &amp; annually). Inviting nominations, drawing comparisons and making presentations to the Management. Conducting the award felicitation ceremony - Involvement in OD interventions for the branch. - Managing the database of the Branch, regular updates to the Management in form of monthly dashboards and organization charts Position Specifications: Qualification: - A University Post Graduate, preferred with MBA from a Tier -1 Institute. Working Experience : - 8 - 12 years in the area of HR Special Skills : - Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills with focus on written portion - Multi-tasking and good time management - Ability to work under strenuous situations - Team handling skills - Good interpersonal skills
