SUMMARY:
- The incumbent will be managing all the Learning & Development initiatives of the organization; drafting, reviewing and implementing various HR policies.
- He/ she will be responsible for managing all the activities for HR Audit, Performance Management System, Succession Planning and other HR projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Must Have Experience of:
1. Assisting seniors in Drafting and reviewing of HR Policies. Conducting policy refresher sessions for employees.
2. Build proposals for discussion with senior management
3. Identification of Training Needs; Designing and Developing appropriate Training Plan for the employees based on those needs; Delivering or Identifying facilitators for delivery of training interventions; Conducting analysis for evaluation of the training effectiveness
4. Managing the Performance Management System including - Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review and Year End Review
5. Forecast of expenses and managing the budget
6. Managing the Succession Planning process
7. Design, implement and improve a comprehensive induction plan
8. Monitoring that monthly HR dashboards and reports are circulated to the Management
Good to Have Experience of:
1. Managing and planning for the employee engagement activities
2. Managing the Internal Audit Department maintaining the required records and providing the data whenever required
3. Other HR projects
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 10 years in an organization of repute, preferably a bank / financial institution / training firms.
QUALIFICATION:
- Post Graduate - PGDM / MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
OTHER SKILLS:
- Excellent PowerPoint Presentation Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Multi-tasking and good time management
- Ability to work alone and be able to cope under strenuous situations
- Proficient with MS-Office suite
