Responsibilities :

- Scale up tech team and the tech platforms-, instil good coding practices

- Hire and build the engineering team

- Technologically and strategically guide and drive the team, also be hands-on to code.

- Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founder-

- Develop the architecture of our front-end & back-end system, applying the engineering techniques to complex, multi-tiered applications that directly touch the end-user experience and extend all the way to the back-end components.

- Take the lead in architecting and implementing the front end of a platform utilising HTML/CSS/JavaScript with popular open source libraries such as node.js, Backbone.js. React, Node Js, Parse Js

- Bring in Agile Development to the Team

- Effort to Understand Customer's Empathy and use that input towards driving Engineering

- Checking feasibility of new feature and breaking them down and defining deadlines for the same.
