Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Craft strategies for all Marketing stakeholders - Creative teams, agencies etc. Also work with them closely to achieve the company's objectives. 2. Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department. 3. Set, monitor and report on the organization's marketing goals. 4. Design Marketing Strategies &amp; Campaigns for different platforms and oversee the execution with multiple teams (internal &amp; external) to achieve effective 360-degree communication and engagement. 5. Design and execute effective retargeting strategies. 6. Design branding, positioning strategies and oversee the execution of the same. 7. Enable Sales to better their game by providing the marketing content and BI. 8. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (offline &amp; online, ATL &amp; BTL) for reaching out to new prospects and also to engage the existing prospects and clients. 9. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share&nbsp;Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features) 10. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness 11. Participate in the planning of company strategy &amp; objectives Skills and qualifications required : 1. Excellent knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing 2. Experience in guiding content creation teams for variety of contents - audio, video, newsletters, brochures, mailers etc. 3. Experience with using CRM software for tracking and measuring. 4. Experience in designing and executing successful BTL and ATL campaigns. 5. Experience in working with multiple teams and external agencies. 6. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals&nbsp;Analytical mind 7. 5+ years of experience in Marketing 8. MBA in Marketing (preferable) 9. Experience with startups (preferable)
