Job Profile : An Operations Manager is required to coordinate with various departments within our company to accomplish the projects goal within the given timelines. Would be responsible for Strategizing, monitoring & improving the systems and processes used in the operations department. Role and Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate with the Finance, IT and other departments to ensure that the work flow is smooth, and the investment documents are processed accurately. 2. Effectively manage the Operations teams based out in various location. 3. Coordinate with channel managers, channel partners and clients to resolve all the enquiries regarding the ongoing projects. 4. Responsible for generating accurate reports from the CRM system. 5. Adhere to the TATs for various processes. 6. Responsible for training new joinees in the operations team across various locations. 7. Continuous monitoring & improvement of the overall systems and processes in the Operations department. Job Requirements : 1. Excellent Communication skills both oral & written. 2. Outstanding negotiation skills. 3. High level of attention to detail. 4. A pro-active, highly organised and methodical work style. Desired Qualification and Experience : 1. Graduate/PG in any discipline. 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations.
