Key Responsibilities
1. Finding new customers : Acquire new customers (toy distributors) for the brand in International markets
2. Lead generation :Reachout to new international customers through cold emails/ Linkedin
3. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain positive business relationships to leverage upselling and retention
4. Project management : Coordinate with production and other departments for deliveries
5. Market research : Research on customer base in international markets, current market conditions and competition strategy

1. 5+ years of proven work experience as a international B2B Sales
2. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
4. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
5. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
