Senior Associate - Finance

- Should have experience in management accounting, finance, TDS, taxation, auditing, book keeping, financial reporting, GST, audit report, Company Accounts,

- Responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely & quality audit deliverables on the work done by self and the team and Content & industry focus

- Own, demonstrate and build strong domain expertise (accounting & auditing) and industry knowledge to enable better engagement.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of journal entries and month end activities

- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and review of account reconciliations

- Timely and accurate response to audit queries and ensure successful Internal and external audit

- Analyze account balances and activity for accuracy, identify risks and implement corrective controls.

- Tax computation, monthly MIS and assisting HR and payroll processing,

- Responsible for timely and accurate recording and reporting of AR control GL accounting.

- Preparation and review of Balance sheet reconciliation.

- Responsible for assessing impact of any system change/upgrades on Reconciliation workflows and partnering with technical teams, as required.

Skills Required :

- Prior experience in Auditing and Accounting in Big 4 or Startup will be preferred

- Attention to detail and quality consciousness

- Demonstrate MS office proficiency, problem solving & analytical skills, and strong verbal & written communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, and work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels

- Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change

Education :

- Qualified CA and Minimum Finance degree in Finance & Accounting.
