Job Title: Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Hiring across IT and non-IT positions from Junior to senior as well as Management level
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating for interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, offer closure, etc.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels like Job Portals, Professional networking sites, internal references, non-conventional methods like Social Media Recruitment, etc.
- Coordinating with Hiring managers to arrange interviews, calendar management, & acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Competition mapping & Salary benchmarking
- Effectively negotiate compensation to arrive at proper fitment within the defined salary grid as well as market standards
- Develop and manage position-specific screening questionnaires, aptitude tests and screening tests, suggest any improvements/modifications per candidate feedback
- Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, walk-in recruitment drives, & ensure maximum footfall.
- Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting, & conduct analysis to understand gaps and take appropriate action
Work Experience & Domain Knowledge:
- 5+ years of end to end recruitment expertise into BPO/KPO/IT environment with proven track record of closing niche skillsets
- Exposure to leadership level hiring (VP & above) would be an added advantage
- Proficient in using portals like Naukri, Monster, etc. and Social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Proficient in referencing, making attractive Job emailers/ Posters & tracking the applicants (internal & external) received from the various job boards / sources on day to day basis
- Experience in using Application Tracking Systems such as Zoho etc. is preferred
- Hiring experience in product based companies will be preferred
- Multitasking on various positions at a time and getting positive closures on it asap
- Good at reporting skills eg. Daily / weekly reporting
- Strong in MS-Excel & Analytical Skills with an ability to arrive at references
- Strong in Keyword search, Boolean searches & ability to get the best relevant results through effective refinements
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates using direct sourcing channels
- Proven track record of Headhunting for senior leadership hiring preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating
- Self-motivated & Go-getter personality who is target oriented
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent / MBA HR Preferred
