Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the service delivery process for SCT.
- Lead a team of resources to enable technology resources to deliver client projects in accordance to set SLAs.
- Continuously improve the technical delivery model and strategy, implement and manage delivery with all the stakeholders spread across India
- Identify talent and nurture the skillset and mentor identified employees.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
- Monitoring and executing IT policies, and security, and ensuring ISO compliance.
- Ensure resourcing for projects is efficient and at optimum
- Deliver customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
- Understand and plan the pipeline of demand and work with the team to ensure timely project completion
- Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way
- Hold the teams to the highest standards, project discipline, and accountability
- Collaborate with senior management and key account manager on client account management and growth
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong understanding of development/technology (.Net, C#, Java)
- Technology project management experience is mandatory
- Project & program management: able to manage complex projects including concurrent projects and big client-specific program
- Must be able to use initiative to make quick decisions to resolve problems and overcome obstacles delaying the delivery
- Ability to deliver technical presentations competently.
- Ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps
- Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
