Smartconnect Technologies - Project Manager

Technical Project Manager with Minimum 5+ Years as PM in IT/ITES/Telecom domain (Genesys).

- Preferably, Project Management certified - PMP, PRINCE2

- Has managed team size of 5+ Team Members

- Should be able to Plan, Organise, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

- Strong coordination skill, work with IT professionals to produce a new piece or system of software.

- Should be responsible for initiating, designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects.

- Manage & motivate teams, facilitate commitment, act as catalyst for Team Members, Time Management, Risk Management,

- Manage the expectations of key stakeholders and communicate the status of project milestones.

- Ensure timely delivery, Problem Solver, Mentor team members, manage conflict

- Must have Documentation skill

- Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skill, good listener

- Knowledge of PM Tools & Techniques, Project Management Methodologies
