Our Enterprise Product Engineering Group builds products in the social/digital & other enterprise domains, delivered to leading enterprises across verticals in India & for global clientele.

- We're looking for Software Product QA Managers, to join our Product Engineering Group and play an integral part of growing and developing the newly formed Global Quality Team. We are tasked with building a world class Quality operation to help drive quality and customer experience advantages, whilst minimizing defects.

- As a key member of the Product Engineering leadership team, you will continually raise the bar on both quality and performance.

Position Description : Quality Assurance Manager

- This is a new role in a new team where innovation, agility and enthusiasm are just the way we roll. We're a team of passionate quality professionals and are looking for like-minded people to join this exciting space with a key focus on making a difference to both people and process.

Process :

- As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, driving and tracking strategic initiatives and measuring results across the entire life-cycle of product release cycle management. You will be involved in end-2-end process testing / software design testing life-cycle of any new release, before it is released to our beta/clients.

Summary of Responsibilities :

- Lead the QA function for assigned product suite

- Drive a Zero Defect culture by managing process adherence.

- Manage controllable root-cause defects and ensure implementation of controls to minimize losses.

- Liaise with other QA team to calibrate audits, implement best practices and drive performance improvements.

- Monitor and report on Quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes.

- Analyze historical data to build quality improvement initiatives and drive quality strategies across the network.

- Partner with Operations, HR and Training to ensure Auditors are constantly evolving, learning and improving.

- Manage the performance of your team through insightful communications, regular 1:1s, team meetings and reward and recognition programs.

- Provide meaningful and valuable write ups and program reports.

Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills :

- 7+ Years project / program management within a quality environment.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in product lifecycle QA operations

- Master / Bachelor's Degree required.

- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques

- Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
