SmartConnect Technologies - Lead - Mobility

As the Mobile team lead, you will:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Management, Backend, Product, Design) to understand requirements and provide technical solutions through well-grounded analyses.

- Manage day-to-day activities of the mobile development team, while maintaining a high developer experience and clean coding practices.

- Oversee end to end SDLC

- An expertise in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (swift/objective-c) to spearhead innovation and clean coding architectures

- Knowledge of create libraries and working on approach of module-wise building of applications

- Exposed to cross-platform application building like Xamarin, Flutter, React, Cordova etc and integration of native library into the same.

- Having well-versed knowledge of Enterprise level application building and how application can be scaled from protype to full-fledge production-ready app

- Basic ability of planning and create WBS and TBS for project-based planning

- Spearheading digital transformation efforts of the organization.

- Be the force that drives strategy and growth for the mobile development team, the business, and the consumers.
