Create and ensure a consistent visual style to new and redesigned features for our Android app (while also aligning our existing website design with the same) while collaborating with the product team 2. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback 3. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for our Android app 4. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces 5. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components 6. Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) 7. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) 8. Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams. For eg: Working with our Social Media Manager to manage execution of compelling and impactful creatives that would drive user engagement on various social media channels & Working with our Marketing Team to manage new ideas for ads, campaigns, e-mailers and landing pages 9. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience 10. Integrating and improving upon existing design systems for efficient hand-off of visual assets to the App Development team. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 1. You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field 2. You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects 3. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) 4. You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc. 5. Experience with Web design in HTML and related software (Dreamweaver or any other similar tools) is a Strong Plus 6. You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics 7. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions 8. You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders 9.
