What can you expect? - If you are a high performer, then you can expect to own a part of the company in the form of ESOPs You can expect the most competitive salaries in the market (in the 90th percentile) - Open Culture to voice out your opinions freely - An opportunity to learn from the best in the industry - Have an impact on the lives of Billions of People by financially uplifting them - Come help us re-imagine our solutions to provide world-class, best of breed solutions to delight our customers and make a major impact on the FinTech industry Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and execution of all retargeting & On-app marketing campaigns while having a keen sense of segmentations and content-user relevance. - Drive initiatives aimed at increasing repeat rate, retention, and re-engagement - Use CEPs to create customer journeys and manage user lifecycle across all segments of users (new, active, dormant) - Own all channels of communication with customers including Email Marketing, SMS and push notifications, etc. - Create effective strategies to be implemented for onboarding IVRs and manage the team for onboarding calls. - Interact with product and tech team to implement the growth charter and product roadmap pertaining to growth and retention - Identify key Content/proposition to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns. - Run various A/B experiments across different communication strategies and identify the best communication strategy. Preferred Qualifications: - Have 5-7 years of experience in campaign management/setup on platforms like MoEngage, Netcore, Clevertap, etc. - Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (setting up multi-channel user journey) - Strong understanding of segmentation, frequency capping, inclusion/exclusion, send time, etc. - Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal (creative, copy, design, marketing teams) and external (vendors) stakeholders - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Good time-management skills
