For Fliplearn, the CTO - Should define the tech stack for the product. - Should advise the product team on good (and trendy) product practices. - Stamp the specs that ultimately get delivered by engineering team - Should be the face of the tech team for customers; often participating in customer conversions.Also, - Be responsible for the code. - Manage the Tech project managers (and their teams, as needed ) - Manage outsourced teams, if any.
